Aoshima makes quite a few motorcycle kits and I think they give Tamiya a run for their money as far as detail goes.
Assembly is easy, but the large amount of chrome parts will give you fits. The only options would be to strip the chrome
and repaint or just cover the sprue attachment points as best you can.
The only change I made was the color scheme. I copied the decals and used them as templates to make masks for my new paint job. It makes the build a bit rough, but I didn't care for the beige color that the kit came with. The only problem I had was when my cat ate the tank decals!
The stand is from another kit and I suggest you replace the kit stand with a more sturdy wire one!
